"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I spoke to the company owner Lou Schede on Sunday and we scheduled one of his service technicians to meet me on Monday. I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner. I appreciate, he was making efforts to repair the furnace on this first service visit rather than replace unneeded parts or require an additional (more costly) follow up service visit."

"We used Schede to replace our central air conditioner. Overall, we are satisfied with the new system and the price but the customer service was not satisfying. I think they did everything we needed in terms of the mechanical work. But they should better train their office help. After we agreed on the installation date, I asked what time the crew would arrive that morning. They gave a vague answer so I asked again the next day. But they arrived two hours later than expected. After they were done, we discovered that we needed a minor adjustment and scheduled a time for them to come. An hour after they were due, I called and was told they were not coming that day. The next day was the same ? I called after they were overdue and was told they were not coming that day. They finally came the third day. The technician solved the problem and was apologetic. But it was quite frustrating that they did not come as scheduled and did not initiate the call to say they would be late or there was a problem."

"I was having a problem with my oil furnace on a cold night and made an emergency request to Wtech22. Within minutes I received a phone call back from a PRO asking me how they could help. Then Wilson arrived within the hour to my house, was very professional and was able to fix the problem very fast. The Pro was able to take apart my furnace to find the problem, had all spare parts needed at hand, and I had him clean and do maintains to the furnace at the same time since he was already here. Thank you WTECH22 and Wilson for taking all the stress from me and getting our heat working fast on this cold night at a great price.
