In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. This review is being posted especially to praise the exceptional routine service call provided by John Courtney on 10/11/2021. John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. And, after I commented to John about my previous positive interactions with Service Professor, Inc. tradesmen and with customer service staff, John responded by stating he has worked in the heating and cooling trade for 12 years and felt very fortunate, as a newer employee, to be able to work for an organization such as Service Professor that places caring and quality customer service communication among its most important priorities. "What started as a service call for my furnace that wouldn't start evolved into a full system replacement. Techs Paul & Dallen arrived within a few hours of my initial contact, and had restored heat within a couple more hours. Due to the age of my system and other developing problems they detected, they recommended meeting with their Home Comfort Advisor for an estimate. That appointment was made on the spot and Duncan came next day. If I have a word of caution, it would be that this IS a proficient salesman. He examined the system and home, discussed options and had me signed up and financed within 3 hours. The Grapids team arrived next morning to install furnace, AC and water heater. All was done in a day, and is working great so far. Other reviewers have called them "pushy;" I'd call them a local company doing their best to survive during trying times."

"My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone."

"Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. "Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"So far when Choice Home Warranty is needed they are right trying all there mite to complete what need that I have. I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. I just know it's very cold and we need the heat very much there is small children in the home. I believe the CHW will do what they say they'll do and more."

"Quick and professional removal and installation! Also replaced cold water galvanized pipe running from main to water heater with pex. Will consider using M&S in the future to replace remaining galvanized pipes in the future."
