"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. "The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."
