"Bought coupon on 3/8/14. Received message Monday 3/10 scheduled for Friday 3/14 between nine and twelve. Richard arrived just after 11:15 and went right to work on the unit. 129.00 coupon is for yearly servicing for both the A/C and the furnace, well worth the price. I will recommend to my neighbors.
Update 11/16/14. Still haven't heard from Trusted about furnace service. When I bought the coupon back in March and asked Richard about setting up an appointment for November he stated that they would call me in the fall to set up furnace service, well its supposed to get cold tonight [36º] and a week before T-Day. If I have to call them to remind them about their obligation to finish their service contract thenI need to downgrade my rating."

"I called Jim because my C drive was full and the system would not allow moving the files to my empty D drive.My wife also wanted me to upgrade to windows 7 from Vista. Jim came over looked at my system and explained my options , took the computer to fix it , and then quickly returned it.Jim set up the computer in my office and made sure that everything worked correctly. "Was impressed with the detail that the sales person provided in his bid when he came to our home. He gave the pros and cons of different A/C options and models (e.g Kenmore vs. Carrier) and provided a realistic assessment of the optimal SEER for our home. Contractor that installed the unit was a local business working through Sears. Thought they did a very good job with the installation. I gave them the OK to cut out a portion of the outside wall so they could get the old furnace out and the new unit in."

"The furnace is functioning properly! However it was discovered that the air conditioning fan did not come on and it caused an error in the thermostat and shut down the system. The repairman got the fan going but when he left the same system malfunction happened again! In talking with the repairman, he needs a day that is warm to be able to perform diagnostic tests. It does not look like we will have warm enough weather for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!"

"Called warranty repair, found out that it was done by a local provider (Flori Heating and Air). I called Flori to schedule an appointment, they were here on time and got things back up, running and cooling. Since it was 95 outside, I appreciated their sense of urgency and calm professionalism, not to mention the quick return of cold air coming out of my vents!"
