"The replacement of my a/c ( with indoor coil) and furnace was handled in an extremely professional way. Holtzople Heating and AC helped me to find the best replacement units for my 20 year old Trane system. I am impressed with the knowledge of the sales person sent to provide quotes. I am also impressed by the skill and meticulous care that the installers took while replacing my entire heating and cooling system. Within a day, they took out my old system, installed the new system up to factory specs, tested and made sure all phases of heating and cooling were functioning as they should, and cleaned up, taking away all of the old unit, leaving nothing behind. The last thing the head installer told me was that a quality control team would be in touch and be coming in within the next two weeks to make sure everything was continuing to operate as it should. This attention to detail, and customer satisfaction is what has impressed me the most about Holtzople Hearing and A/C."

"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"I was having problems with my air conditioning system and arranged for McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services to send a technician to my house during the afternoon of May 1, 2018. On that date a company representative called me to tell me when their air conditioning technician would be arriving and Dwayne, the technician, arrived on time. Dwayne did a comprehensive inspection and assessment of the inside and outside units that comprise my air conditioning system. He patiently and carefully explained to me what he was doing, and what his instruments showed was the status of my air conditioning system. He made some adjustments to my air conditioning system. In addition, at my request he injected a product named A/C Leak Freeze into my air conditioning system. He used this product at my request and not because he was trying to sell me this product. I am very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism that Dwayne demonstrated while servicing my air conditioning system.
