"We found everything and everyone to be very efficient and pleasant. There was one glitch, however, when the electrician didn't turn on the fuprnace before he left Everyone was very apologetic and things were rectified very quickly. Also, there was a loud banging noise when the furnace turned off. This also was rectified very quickly. The serviceman was very apologetic"

"I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.

"Service person was extremely polite and on time. Upfront with costs and the service was performed in a professional and timely manner. Furnace is working very well. He actually suggested that we check on existing warranties for our furnace which we never would've done. Of course we missed the warranty expiration by one month but without Doctors asking us about it, we never would have looked into it. Nice to see a contractor looking out for the customers needs first. Well Done Doctors!"

"Our house is covered by American Home Shield. So, they'll find someone if I need something done to my air conditioner or my heating system. I don't know the cost off hand."
