The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit.
