"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"Our conversion to gas went smoothly. Air Inc. did a great job removing our oil tank and installing our new furnace and water heater. Sunil was the salesman who helped us complete the transaction and he was pleasant and respectful. However, he was somewhat persistent in making a sale and didn't discuss all our available options before we signed the contract. Several weeks later, we learned that other local companies provided a similar service at more affordable prices, but that one is on us for not getting multiple quotes. Nonetheless, the quality of the service was great and our equipment seems to be working well."

"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
