From the moment we reached out, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in solving our issues. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our system, and provided a cost-effective solution that got our business back up and running without a hitch. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect before they left. QRC, Inc. truly understands the importance of reliable HVAC/R service for commercial spaces, and their attention to detail and customer care is unmatched. I highly recommend them to any business looking for top-notch service"

"Excellence in HVAC and the human spirit. That is truly hard to find in today's corrupt world. Christopher is an exceptional young man, and exuded every good quality of an upright character. I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Need I say more? May God bless your business for the kindness and generosity you have shown."

"First, I'd like to apologize in my late response. The whole operation was totally awesome on my first talk phone call to the last day of service! Even changed my fuses!"

"Shamrock called me almost immediately and the technician began diagnosing my problem over the phone, warning me to turn off my air conditioner before I did permanent damage. He came the next morning and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He cleaned and fixed the unit and it is cooling better than it ever has since we purchased the house 6 years ago. My daughter complains she is too cold now, and we have it set at the same temp as always. The tech was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. They will be my "Go-to" repair company now!"

"Fast professional most reasonable. I will ues this company when needed in the future."

"The company is so helpful and actually cares about getting things right! AC works better than ever and I am ready for the summer now!"
