They were the third HVAC company we called after losing 2 days waiting for the other 2, and they responded right away - out within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. The Step By Step team was scheduled & arrived on time to perform removal of old duct work. Then Eric arrived plus a 3rd tech and the job was completed in about 4 hours.
