"Over the past nine years I had fifteen AC vendors with fancy advertising fail to fix condensation in the cramped attic and unbalanced air flow in the house. I spent lots of money on small fixes and one large - a brand new HVAC. Still, trouble continued with the dripping water, mildew, and mold. Punbar's team came here on the recommendation of a home inspector and studied the problem with technical measurements like no one else ever did before. Their complete renovation and reinstallation solution seems to be working very fine after six weeks. Thanks Punbar."

"I recently used PHR A/C and Heating for maintenance and was very impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service team was polite and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician Erick arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and explained my options clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well my system is running. Their pricing was competitive, and there were no surprise charges. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any future AC needs. Highly recommend!"

"Air Specialist did an excellent job in this entire effort.   The salesman came out at a convenient time for me and he was very prompt and professional.   He explained the various options and answered all my questions.  Prior to the install, I was called the day before to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes before arrival to my house.  The technicians were professional and very capable, they completed the job in approximately 5 hours with no issues.   I inspected the work and pointed out one thing for them to address which they did without question.  What sold me on the job was when the Field Supervisor showed up to inspect the work and ask if I had any concerns.   I did not expect this quality touch and very much appreciated it.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the team was professional, courteous, and highly responsive. The technicians arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and were extremely respectful of my home. They used high-quality equipment and took the time to thoroughly clean every vent and duct. The before-and-after photos they provided were shocking — I had no idea how much dust and debris had built up over time. Not only does the air in my home feel fresher, but my HVAC system is running more efficiently now. I also really appreciated that there were no hidden fees — just honest, quality work at a fair price.
