"This was an unusual situation. In talking to Phil, the owner; and Randy, the former owner, I was treated very fairly when I brought my situation to their attention. Though it took awhile to coordinate communications between them and myself (busy schedules), once they surveyed the situation, they were very responsive. Their supervisor for system installation, Perry Allen, reviewed my HVAC system and came up with a great solution to the problem. He returned with all the required supplies and worked hard to ensure I had the proper solution. Perry was absolutely terrific (his colleague too). He not only wanted to fix the problem, but to do it the best way.

"Can you give more than 5 stars? Landen's responses, communication and professionalism are top notch. Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting.
