"Extremely pleased with Kurt, the GM and Kelly the Technician and his assistant. Found a real Jewel of an organization among the many. The only HVAC Company I will ever use again !!"

"Super friendly, super honest with a CAN DO attitude. They certainly went the extra mile with us. We had a difficult install scenario but Tom put the extra time and effort into planning out what needed to be done to get it right. All done in 1 day. We are beyond satisfied! I definitely would recommend Glacier HVAC. Great service!"

"I had several different companies come out to give me quotes on installing a new HVAC and furnace for my house. I appreciate that Jace Jones from Integrity was one of the most knowledgable, helpful, and definitely the most straight forward (no sales BS, thank you!). So I was very happy when I could compare the quotes and found that Integrity was also offering the lowest price for the job as well! The men who installed our new HVAC and furnace were spot-on punctual (I saw their van even pull up a few minutes early...before 7am even!) and professional. So far everything is working great. Integrity has followed up with me to make sure everything is working well. Fantastic company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, down-to-earth, business owner. Felt very comfortable trusting Chase with my HVAC needs. Would highly recommend!"

"Ben Fish showed up right on time, went up to my attic space for a visual inspection (something I should have done a long time ago but didn't) and measured the depth of insulation, appliance efficiency, energy loss from floor/walls/windows, and put it on a nice, easy-to-read spreadsheet, as well as throroughly explained everything.  There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, as there had been in the past with HVAC repairmen.  One reason I wanted this audit was for the impartial 3rd party feedback, which is exactly what I got.

"Fair and great service! I would highly recommend for any Hvac needs."

"They did a great job in a timely manner for a good price. I would recommend them. They came out and attempted to fix my furnace. The initial fix solved one problem, but then an even larger problem was found. At that point they recommended replacing the furnace as it was already on its last leg anyway. I got a quote for work from them and 2 other companies. The other companies agreed a replacement was the best option. Integrity Air had the best price. Their technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing during all steps. They were prompt with their service. I had a secondary source for heat (gas fireplace inside), so I was in no rush and had the service calls when it was convenient for my schedule. They did have appointments available sooner had I wanted and needed the heat fixed sooner."

"Columbia Heating and Cooling were by far the most knowledgeable and professional company I had an estimate from. The owner, the service techs, and the guys who do the installation were all nice people and easy to work with -- they were careful and thorough, and happy to answer all my questions and problem-solve with me about optimizing our HVAC system. We live in an older house, and they improved airflow to the upper level, added return vents, and advised me on realistic energy saving. They also ran a blower door test. They were so good that when our water heater started to fail, I had them do the replacement. They offer competitive prices and in my experience they spend the extra time with the customer that makes all the difference. I didn't see them as just doing their job -- I saw them as helping me."
