"A more efficient system at a better price then the competitors. Get an education on HVAC systems before buying. The inverter technology is great. The service and install was quick and easy."

"It went very well! Technician was on time and very thoroughly serviced both of our HVAC units. We bought these units from this excellent company back in 2018 and as promised, they continue to deliver excellent service as well!"

"Great, Joe gave multiple options to fix the issue and ended up replacing thed capacitor. He gave a military discount and was honest, professional, and punctual. I will call him again if I have any other issues with my hvac system."

"Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating are knowledgeable, easy to work with, patient to answer questions and explain whatever I didn't understand, quick to respond, and in the offseason, I was installed the very next day. Owner, office staff, installer, all professional and articulate. Couldn't be happier. The Customer Service and Expertise: Chad has many years of HVAC experience before starting his own business, so he comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He's happy to answer any and all questions you may have and responds promptly by phone or text. Legacy's computerized quote and purchasing system makes that process a breeze, allowing you to easily compare product choices and make your final decision online without the pressure of "deciding NOW" while they are presenting to you your options in your home. Integrity is of paramount importance to Chad and his team. He's committed to selling you the right unit to address your concerns and install it absolutely correctly. And Legacy is the only company I found offering a 10 year parts AND a 10 year labor warranty if you keep up with your annual maintenance on your unit. His installers were courteous, personable, knowledgeable and again answered the myriad of questions I had. Products: Trane dealer, Legacy was incredibly competitive on their pricing, and Trane is a solid product. Their SEER 16 is only slightly more than their 14 SEER, and NBU (New Braunfels Utility) offers a rebate on the SEER 16 through July 31, 2018 (often these renew, just check the website, click Rebates). Legacy made sure I had all the necessary paperwork to file for the rebate, with their part filled in, and handed it to me on the day of my install. Efficiency at its best! If you like tech, the standard touchscreen programable thermostat will connect to your cell phone after installing a free app, enabling remote access to adjust your home temperature while you are away. The device also gives you all kinds of information, even a weather forecast! And the thermostat is intuitive and easy to use."

"Great, quick and responsive over a holiday weekend when other companies were not available. A new hvac unit was a little pricey, but they all are and I was pleased they came out to install in one day."

"I have to say the professional quality and service provided was outstanding. Al's team answered all the client questions and my worked to ensure the cleaning and replacement was done on time. He also provided follow up to the service e to see if every thing was operating as it should. During the follow up he noticed some debris near the HVAC system a d had it cleaned up, then provided another walk through. I was impressed and my parents are happy. The system colled so much better and made it comfortable. I would use them again and I did on another project."

"My HVAC unit was original to my home. 20 plus years old. It was obviously time to replace the unit. Over the years I had the system serviced by various companies. I decided to call Westerly Air. I’m so glad I did. They provided excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs."

"Excellent company with dedicated pros. I have had both a tankless water heater and A/C system installed. We could not be happier with the results. Warranty and follow-up work have been performed with absolutely no questions asked. Highly recommended,"
