They inspected for mold in my basement, removed duct cover where mold was found, built a new cover, applied mold preventive to the whole basement, and did an awesome clean-up, including vacuuming the whole basement. "It went well. There was nothing specific I liked about the way they treated me or their service. They just cleaned the vents. There was nothing really extraordinary. The staff was friendly. They did a good job. Obviously, some of the vents, when they took them out, they took the paint off but I guess that's what happens when you have the vents removed."
