"I was very happy to learn that Norcal was able to perform an asbestos test the same day that I called."

"Andy was incredibly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and sensitive to my homeowner's anxiety about the mold. He answered my many questions with patience and grace, took lots of pictures to document the work and did a complete report for my insurance adjuster. He was the first to respond to my inquiry and the main work was done within two days of my initial outreach, and he picked up his drying equipment within four days. I was able to take a scheduled trip knowing the mold remediation was accomplished. I HIGHLY recommend Andy and Viva Property Restoration--and hope at the same time that I never need his services again!! :-)"

"The inspector was professional and thorough. The report was timely and the company's representative called me to explain the results of the test. I've emailed him to request clarifications and am awaiting his reply. The only negative thing is that after our telephone conversation he transferred me to a 3rd party company who markets mold removal services. The rep there tried to sell me his product. I didn't buy it yet."

"Shane was my first contact (via phone) and was very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to answer all my questions. I tend to have pretty good discernment, and I immediately sensed I was dealing with an honest, straightforward company. Shane offered me an appointment 2 days later that s fast! Awesome when you re concerned about mold! Ray came to our house (a several hour drive to the Redding area!), and was prompt & called ahead to be courteous. Total genuine and nice guy (especially bc he s a dog lover ;) He wasn t rushed at all, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and actually said he likes & welcomes questions! After we received our report & invoice, I THOUGHT I was messaging my husband, lol, but I texted Shane: Thumbs up! They did thorough testing, & the price was still what was initially quoted! I highly recommend these guys!!"

"Good outfit. I d recommend them. Dealt with the job quickly and efficiently. Post work environmental testing found no asbestos. I m happy with them."
