"RC Air and Mold Solutions did an outstanding job for us. Not only was their evaluation and testing excellent, but Robert Hedrick also provided the very best in customer service. His over the top response time and coordination with other contractors was critical for us in moving our transaction forward. We greatly appreciate your example of providing the very best in customer service."

"Not only was the price right, but the quality was impeccable with great customer service! They called MINUTES after I put in a request to Homeadvisor/Angi, and they were not just talk: they delivered on when they said they would be able to provide a quote, as well as when they could start the work. When they arrived for the work, I asked a few questions related to the original issue (water damage that forced the removal of the floor, which included tiles w/ asbestos), and ended up finding a bit of mold that they agreed to support removing as well. It was a dream come true that they had the time to answer my questions, gave thorough responses and were able to accommodate unforeseen additional work. Thank you, thank you! I was/am impressed, through and through. Really appreciate it!!"

"Wilbur called me the same day I requested a quote for his expertise. Within a few hours he was at my apartment verifying that there is in fact black mold growing in my carpeting and wrote me up a report to submit to my landlord as I am pregnant and need this matter addressed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the predicament I am in. I would recommend his service to anyone and will most definitely be utilizing him for mold remediation in my next home."

"The mold inspector was very knowledgeable regarding the mold inspection process. He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. Mr Riddick did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him for his service."

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"

"The service was prompt. The company web site is clear avoid the expectation."

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

"extremely pleased with this company - beginning with the prompt estimate appointment, a thorough review of our water and mold situation and an estimate prepared and reviewed with me before he left. After comparing to 3 other companies, the choice was very clear. They could eliminate the mold inside AND address the source of the water problem outside. The work was scheduled for the same week, and the crew was very professional. They treated our home with great care, and completed the work in the time promised, leaving it as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. We are very happy with their work, and would definitely recommend!"
