"All American Home Inspections exceeded our expectations! Dan was extremely helpful and thorough. He educated us during the inspection so that we would be informed of the problems at hand. After the inspection was completed, he remained in contact with us and allowed us to call or text him at any time with questions. He does honest work and is one of the best in this field. Beyond his certifications and expertise, he is trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his customers. We called him for a mold inspection, but he also inspected the entire house and found a large active leak and fiberglass particles circulating in the air system. He is truly concerned for your safety/health and inspects all aspects of the house. I will definitely be utilizing his services for all future houses/apartments I lease or purchase. Used a moisture meter and found significant issues. Sent lab samples out same day and found dangerous levels of mold. Saved my health and my office lease. "Mark called us within minutes of my request to you about mold remediation people. It was two days before anyone else called. He was very knowledgeable about mold and the concerns we had. He went to great lengths to collect his samples in our congested house. However He was pretty unreliable about his appointments though. We were never terribly inconvenienced as we are retired and not busy people but for people who do have other commitments it could have been more stressful.. One other thing is of concern for me. We still havenâ t received the hard copy of the report. He said he emailed it to me which I never looked to find as I just never go there. We are old and this digital age is a mystery to us. I did get it in a text though and can see a report that way but I think properly the report should have been mailed directly from the lab to us. This has left a modicum of suspicion as unfairly as that might seem. What do you think? Mark has called a few times to explain the report and answer any questions we might have."

"A roof leak caused water damage and black mold growth in my 4x9 closet off the main bathroom. I was entirely impressed and happy with the highly skilled and professional work performed by DryMax, from assessment by Nicole, prompt communications with Frances, to the completion of the job. DAY ONE: Amanda and Roderick, very friendly, worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight, hardly taking a break. After cordoning off the bathroom with plastic sheeting to prevent debris from entering the bedroom, and encasing the closet itself, they tore apart the ceiling, insulation, and one wall of the closet. A powerful vacuum removed debris through 12"-diam. tubing from the closet and out the bathroom window, into bags which they hauled away at the end of the day. The bathroom was spotless when they left. DAY TWO: Amanda returned to spray and scrape off mold from the exposed joists, and she set up a dehumidifier to run for a few days to dry out the wood. LAST DAY: Amanda checked the moisture levels of the roof joists, better than acceptable, did a final cleanup and removed all equipment. Thanks, DryMax!
