"I had a great experience with Bridgette. When I spoke with her over the phone, she told me that she would look at the house first and only take mold samples, which cost money, if she saw something suspicious, whereas other providers I called included taking mold samples in their price. During the inspection, it turned out we didn't have any mold problems, just some bad water stains. She pointed out issues that she saw with the foundation and with the grading of the land around the house that she thought may lead to mold in the future if not fixed. Overall, a great service."

"Iowa Mold Removal was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, explained what they do and how they do it, answered our questions/concerns, and did quality work. Although we ran into a few communication and scheduling challenges along the way, they were always courteous and professional in making things right and following up to ensure the work was done and we were satisfied. Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone who s dealing with mold and needs professional assistance."

"Did a good job, in and out in one day. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the tech dumped the concrete and clay from the hole they drilled in my backyard without telling me. Would be happy to dispose of that myself but would prefer he didnt dump it on my grass."

MD Mold provides comprehensive mold inspections backed by laboratory-grade DNA testing. Our approach goes far beyond basic air sampling and microscope spore counts.\n\nOur Inspection Process Includes:\n • Full roof-to-ground exterior inspection to identify moisture entry points\n • Complete interior assessment with thermal imaging and moisture mapping\n • HVAC system inspection for mold-prone conditions and contamination\n • Collection of air, surface (swab), and dust samples\n • All samples analyzed in our in-house laboratory\n\nWhy qPCR Mold Testing Matters\nTraditional mold testing relies on visual spore counts, which cannot reliably determine whether mold is toxic, allergenic, or actively growing.\n\nWe use qPCR (quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology to:\n • Detect mold using DNA-based identification\n • Target specific molds associated with allergens and mycotoxins\n • Identify mold that may be hidden \n • Deliver objective, defensible data for remediation decisions\n\n
