"We had an old 1880s farmhouse we needed to get inspected. We are potentially putting ourselfs and our small children in this home. We needed to find the BEST home inspector we could find with a ton of knowledge as this old house is no ordinary house you see these days. We are EXTREMELY satisfied we hired Mark! He did not skip over anything in this home, from the tiny issues to the big ones! He worked from roof to foundation and went over every single thing with my fiance throughout the home, even giving him from cheap-expensive ways to fix each thing. His written report was just as good with details and pictures of each thing that needed to be fixed. He went far beyond our expectations! We 100% would use him again if needed!! Not to mention hes even a bit cheaper then other home inspectors that have the lower review ratings! If you want to feel confident and not over spend in your next house inspection CALL MARK!! 😊"
