"Jake called us just after we had filled in our request on Home Advisor about 8am. We appreciate someone who's not afraid to work early. He came out that afternoon at our convenience, did the testing for mold and toxins and called a few days later with the results. He explained everything and was very honest about why we didn't really need to take the next step. We really can recommend Jake and Due North. I'd give him more than 5 stars for customer service if I could."
