"Very professional and thorough. Great service."

"Our water heater exploded and I needed help quickly. Additionally I was in the middle of testing for an exam to start a new job and really needed someone to support me. Mr and Mrs Restore took care of everything and I had peace of mind to finish my exam. I was really lucky to work with them. I worked with Shane and Evelyn. They inspected the house and started immediately with the drying process, recommended an excellent plumber and checked the home for mold and worked with the insurance. They kept me informed about their process and they checked the house daily to measure the drying progress. I hope I dont have another water heater explosion, but if I had any issue with my house, water, mold, fire etc. I would immediately call them or recommenend them to all my friends."

I'm Ana, founder of Mold Rid Of and a licensed Florida mold assessor (MRSA #3958). My job is simple: I tell you the truth about mold in your property, and I never sell the cleanup.\nFlorida law separates mold assessors from remediators for a reason. An inspector who also sells remediation has an incentive to overcall mold. We only do inspections and lab-verified testing, so our reports are unbiased and accepted by Florida insurance carriers, real estate attorneys, and property managers.\nWhat to expect:\n- 60-minute emergency response\n- IICRC-certified inspection process\n- AIHA-accredited independent lab results\n- Written report in 24 to 48 hours\n- Reports admissible in insurance claims, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes\nService areas: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Collier counties.\n500+ five-star reviews from Florida homeowners, landlords, and realtors.\nNeed to know if mold is there, and how bad? "They did a thorough analysis and sent the report exactly when promised. We were relieved to know it was not black mold."

"Dereck is the best. Did a great job with my maintenance and cleaning of my system. Corrected an installation error of my mold bulbs."

"Awesome. He was great. I would highly recommend his services."

"My Mold Masters were very proffesional, very knowledgable and helped me better understand the process. I would highly recommend and will use again if I need to."

"Giancarlo is so great. Very personable and understanding. I have a problem with mold and he explained everything in detail about the remediation process and his quote was very reasonable. I have not hired him at this time as I am waiting to see if the HOA insurance will cover the problem."

"This was my 1st time using Angi referrals. I live out of State and needed honest help with a mold issue, water leak and an electrical fire damage that became worse due to months of a closed up living space and a failing A/C system in the hot/humid weather of Florida. It was covered in black mold from ceiling- floor and all through out with exposed asbestos. Polik from Lightning Restoration of Fort Meyers returned my emergency call immediately. He was EXTREMELY polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He took control of a mess that i had no idea of how to fix and he kept me informed of all of my options and updates throughout the entire project. He was very flexible with working around my schedule and his crew of Ismael, Luis and Norge are very fine young men who are polite, professional and hard working. (thank you all for making a horrible situation better) They are very reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations."

"They were efficient and came right away and solved the problem. The additional charge for the service on top of the amount for them to just show up was too high. All they did was clean out the drain on a 4 year old unit that was in a closet. Nothing difficult and probably took all of 5 minutes."
