They didn't just clear out the mold they took the time to explain the whole process, kept everything impeccably clean, and treated our home with real care. You can tell they actually care about the people they?re helping. I can finally breathe easy in my home again. Highly, highly recommend!""

"Was the best one with an affordable offer after the inspection. Also was the only one where moisture readings were taken around the suspect area of infestation. Came out to do the remediation the next day to complete the job. Professional and quick with it only being a one person operation for my call. Great local business and professional mold remediation."

"The mold inspector was very knowledgeable regarding the mold inspection process. He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. "This is not a mold remediation company. When you hire this company, you are simply getting a mold test. Be specific when you explain your problem and what you are looking to get done. The mold technician was in and out in 20 minutes. He took an air sample and one swab, that s it. For the price of $299. Once you get the results of your mold test, they refer you to a company that is in the business of selling mold remediation products. Originally as much as $1600 for mold bombs, sprays and commercial graded air scrubber. I negotiated down to $1195. Then settled on only what I needed. Know what you want, do your homework before buying products you do not need."
