"I recently used Kramer’s Home Improvements for a huge job. I called last minute to assess water damage and remove popcorn ceiling in my 3 year old son’s room. I called them in the late afternoon and asked if they could come that very day. Leo the owner went out of his way to make room in their schedule to accommodate me and made the appt for 5:30 that evening. Which is totally unheard of! Immediately Leo recognized the mold in the drywall and stated that this needed attention urgently. His lead guy Kenny and Jon came out to do the job of removing popcorn.
