And when the crew discovered that the laminate flooring in three of the rooms didn't have asbestos vinyl underneath, they reduced the cost of our project by more than 30%! I was in Miami, and the project was in Corvallis, OR, and there's no way I would have known one way or the other. Honesty! "Leo has had 30 years experience, and did a very thorough job inspecting our mobile home for mold. Turns out we've got quite a bit more than we thought. He shared his scope with me so I could see for myself, and great about showing me how we could remedy the problem, and get much better ventilation to our place through installing more air vents and roof vents. He's sending the samples to a lab to analyze and determine whether it's toxic mold, and have the results along with his written report for us this next week. Very personable, honest, and helpful!"
