He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

"AVI did a great job removing the asbestos. They were very clean. A problem created was that one of the steam pipes which had the asbestos wrapping removed, opened at a seam and began to leak water very regularly. They did show this to me but said the leak was already there. This would not be true or I would have had water on my floor and stains on the wrapping prior to the removal. There is a lot of grinding that is done to remove the asbestos from the pipe surface. This was likely the cause of this leak. I had to have the pipe changed at another cost to me of $700. They did not take any responsibility for the leak. That is why I would hesitate to recommend them."
