I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!"
