What really delights us is the fact that he has us accompany him to the different businesses in order to select materials for our 2 bathroom remodels. He's able to point out prior shoddy handyman / contractor work and explain why construction shortcuts cost more money down the road. Kevin gives excellent suggestions for fixtures that look really nice but doesn't go over the top with really expensive options. "Fred and Ali met with us at the house and we discussed the project. We did not have a clear plan as to what we wanted to do but both father and son had some great advice and suggestions. By the end of our first meeting, we had a pretty clear plan and knew we could trust Deco with our project. The work began promptly, Fred or Ali were constantly visiting the job site, following up with our many requests and changes, and making sure we were kept up to date. "Precision Building Corp/ Paul Oakley did an excellent job repairing our solid front door with stained glass panels. He made our door work beautifully, lock correctly, replaced the weather stripping and close correctly. Our front door has not ever been this good and we have owned it over 30 years! Then he repaired our kitchen door to our pool area in the same fashion. This door was built with the house in 1979. Paul was efficient and precise, correct and courteous. I can highly recommend Precision Builders."
