"We hired this small business and so glad we did. Our budget was tight. William and Luis were very honest and were transparent. Something nowadays is hard to find. They finished the project on time and within the budget. No hidden fees, no surprises. We did have to buy additional piping; however, one cannot see behind the walls until they come down and that we knew of. We have another project coming in the fall and yesâ ¦weâ re going to hire them again. No question."

"Mario was very nice sold the job to us . But never returned to see the job. 1st rain- gutters leaked all around the house - wholes in the ground. come out twice to repair. They were e very loyal- owned Franklin Spoke with him several time - said they will make it right. next issue- winter- assured no- ice builder & no iclcles - we shall see. will be calling then again."

"I have had Construction and Remodeling Experts do work for me in the past and have always been more than satisfied.. In the Fall I was selling a rental home which they had worked on before. I found that I needed the basement waterprofed, another contractor wanted to dig around the foundation and charge me a lot of money. Mr John Deel came out an said because of all the heavy rain, it was just leaking a little bit, they waterproofed my basement with a couple coats of waterproof paint, that corrected the problem an saved me about 5,500$ . I had them put some siding and a new roof and gutters on the garage with what I saved. They did a fantastic job, I sold the home about two weeks after they completed the work. They were always on time, tried to advise me the best ways to save money. They were neat and always cleaned up each day two of my neighbors were so impressed with the workmanship that they also got new roofs. I would recommend this company all day long to anyone in need of any kind of home remodeling. They are honest and fair in pricing.."

"They did a good job installing the new roof, but they were supposed to take the old roof off prior to installing the new one, and didn't do that. They also stated they would clean up after themselves, and I found nails around the house for weeks afterward. In addition, roofing material fell off the roof onto the patio, and from the gutters during the next big rain."
