"We had repairs needing done under the bathrooms and the bathrooms remodeled. I was unable to find a contrator that could do both. Until I found Canelli Construction. They were able to demo the bathrooms, make the repairs and install all new bathrooms. They did so very efficiently and the quailty of work is great. Gianfranco worked with us on what we wanted in the bathrooms and made sure that all the work was done well. He has a great eye for the details. Communication was great with Jenny always following up and keeping us informed in advance of what to expect. I have more work to do in the near future and have talked to Gianfranco about it!"

"I hired KP Builders for my two story addition. Alpesh built an office room and media room down and upstairs. The finish was perfect that was appreciated by everybody who visited my house. He gave me lot of creative and very useful ideas to make most use of the space. He took care of the permits, quality material and kept me posted on the plan and stayed on top all the time. "EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."
