"We used NuLook Home Service to repair a section of textured drywall in a garage ceiling, damaged du to a water leak, and to repair two failed areas in the subfloor of a bathroom. We had a very positive experience. Within minutes after submitting a request for an estimate, David (the owner) called me to discuss options. I should note that, not only was David really quick to respond, none of the other companies to whom I requested estimates bothered to contact me at all. David was able to look at pictures that I sent of the ceiling and bathroom floor and provided an initial estimate. It looked like the project would take two days to complete. We confirmed an appointment to complete the work for the next day following my initial quote request. I really did not expect service that quickly. The NuLook crew (Joe and Jay) arrived in the morning. They were both great to work with and patient with my questions. Joe and Jay completed the work very efficiently and with great quality! Following the completion of the job, David called me to ensure I was satisfied. "This company is professional from start to finish.  We contacted them (based on Angie's List reviews) about the project and arranged an appointment for an estimate.  The estimate was fair and a few options were presented for both the new floor and the new toilet. Once the contract was signed they got the job done quickly and professionally. They were on time for all work and appointments. "Menards is where we bought the replacement door and they don't have to put the door knob hole in the correct place. The door was a little too narrow and the door knob hole shows a little, but otherwise the work was fine. We didn't know before the installation that Jeld-wen is a better place to buy new doors."

"He replaced some cedar on my box window. What I liked is I called for something that didn't need to be done. He said that wasn't needed and he could have told me it did. He said that it just needed to be caulked. I appreciated his honesty. He checked my whole house for wood rot. He explained everything first before doing the work. He gave me the receipt for the boards I purchased so I could get my money back from Lowe's."
