"These guys did an excellent job, they were clear at every step, helped me through the insurance claim process, and were patient with me and my wife while we went back and forth on solutions. We live in a home on the historic register and feel a responsibility to only have the highest quality work done on our home and also to make wise choices on aesthetics. As a result, we took a long time to make our final decisions. In particular, we were very impressed with Billy, who worked with us and even helped me mount a sheet of metal on my roof to make sure the metal roofing we selected matched our other slate roof. For our other buildings, they were able to use high quality asphalt shingles to replace existing asphalt roofing. As this was an old home, there are a LOT of "nuances" which they mastered with the highest quality. I was thoroughly impressed throughout the entire process, and in particular, very happy with Billy who made me comfortable throughout the entire process."

Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"it went great. it was located in a difficult location at the back of the house. the design was perfect. the work was excellent. we had him do addition things--driveway, steps up a hill, patio off the bedroom, accessible access to front door. all was done very well"

"Well my kids knocked a large hole in the wall of the loft area up stairs and the other hole was at the bottom of the stairs. They came in and in one day the holes were patched up with new drywall and smooth out and painted as if the holes were never there. Worked every quietly and was polite at all time. Made sure my hardwood stairs did not get any paint on them or the carpet in the loft area. Cleaned up afterwards even in areas that they had not messed up that the kids was suppose to sweep. I will call them back for every job."

"Shane was extremely responsive and very helpful in the planning phase while I tried to determine what all I wanted renovated. I had several contractors complete estimates and he was the only one that did an in depth inspection. Because of the age of my house, my old bathtub was smaller than the tubs available today. He was the only contractor that realized I would have to have a wall moved to put in a new tub. No one else had factored that into their estimates. Shane and his associates removed an old vanity, cabinet, tub, surround, toilet, and floor. He created a custom shower based on pictures I found on the internet. They laid new tile floor, put in a shower pan, built and tiled the custom walls for the shower, created a built-in bench in the shower, plus installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, mirror, and hardware. Part of my existing walls were plaster that had already been covered by sheetrock, but they were so beat up that he put up a layer of bead board to give them a new, clean surface. Shane and his workers were always friendly and worked hard to get the project finished. It took a little longer than expected, but I think it was mainly due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control. For me, as important as the quality of the work, was the patience and willingness to work with me on the details that really set this company apart. He always answered any question I had about what they were working on or why something had to be done a certain way. They were respectful of my space and even made sure my animals were ok during the day while they were working and I was gone. I have referred them to others already and will definitely use them for more renovations in the future."
