"My house needed painting, and during that process, Caleb (the owner of the renovation company) discovered that the whole first floor of my home was being supported by rotten and (old) termite damaged beams and joists. Consequently, a paint and refresh job turned into a major structural repair. He jacked up the first floor to proper levels and replaced all of the support beams and joists under the house.
