He came and gave me a price with an app on his phone based on the square footage of our yard ..(105,000).. Was a fair price ..I paid for mowing but he also did some weed eating and picked up limbs before mowing... I came home to a yard well done..was friendly and courteous ..I highly recommend Universal Lawn Company"
