     We provided wood material [ already primed and painted w. 3 coats of paint pieces of wood. ]  a)   The garage trim design was not an easy right angle but colonial style  cornered - [ vertical meets a diagonal piece  meets  horizontal ].  b) The board's width  also had to be stripped down to size. RESULT:  His cuts were accurate and fit together well w. the sound wood.  The  wood trim was restored to accurate size.    Note:  He did this OUTDOOR job in Feb. when  the temperature was 26 degrees.     OOPS: By fall, we noticed a gap developing - probably due to effect of original temps versus summer temps on caulking.   We could just see the possibility of water getting in, freezing this winter and rotting again.  A Response Team came out to clean out caulk and used wood screws to tighten the fit.   We're now happy.

Our front steps were unevenly spaced with an almost 10" drop to the first step.  Mr. Langhorne explained how they would bring the steps into code and keep them from separating from the porch again.  His sons arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised.  Something that was not planned for, but turned out to be unavoidable was the fact that the railing needed to be removed, as the angle was now wrong.  Not to worry a call was made to a guy who could assist with the iron work to replace the hand rail.

Caution tape was posted around the steps so no one would walk in wet concrete.  They not only cleaned up our yard but also replaced the grass divots removed before the steps were poured.  We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Langhorne Concrete services in the future.

"Too bad there is no A+ grade.  This was excellent service to replace both springs around a torsion rod.  Due to my own schedule, when I called, I requested Andrew come out three days later.  He agreed to the date, provided a time window of 8-9am, and showed up in that time window as promised.He arrived with the springs and toolbox in hand, and was finished in about 35 minutes.  He did not mind me watching and asking questions.  He was very knowledgeable and tested the springs when he was done.  After an initial test, he adjusted one a little more and then checked the rest of the system.  He cleaned up and took the old pieces and bracket with him.I initiated a discussion about replacing our old wooden garage door, and he didn't try any kind of a hardsell  - just got me a flyer from the truck with some various kinds for my curiosity.  When I replace the door, I will definitely call him first."

"Mike G. showed up at my home as scheduled. First he asked if I had any issues with the roof. I explained that I had a shingle in my yard from one of the recent storms. He first checked out my attic. He then got his ladder and inspected and fixed a loose shingle and resealed all areas. As it turned out, my neighbor was missing a couple of shingles - not my townhouse. When completed, Mike showed me pictures on his tablet of the attic and the roof including the work performed. He then emailed me the set of pictures. Great job !"

"Our house was built in the 1940's and has had some wonderful electrical retrofitting over the years.  Did not phase them a bit.  They were able to install both items without fuss.  This is the second time I used this company and I will use them again.  They are very professional.  This is a family run business and all they do is electrical work.  They know their craft well and they don't mess around.  Their prices are very reasonable.  I also consulted them when buying some track lighting and other fans and they told me which ones would work and which would not.  It is rare in this day and age to find an operation like this.  I have no complaints.
