"I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED THE JELD-WEN COMPOSITE GARAGE DOOR, WHICH THEY HAD NOT INSTALLED BEFORE. THEY WERE OPEN TO WORKING WITH ME TO INSTALL THE DOOR I WANTED. THEY DROPPED OFF THE PANELS AHEAD OF TIME SO I COULD PAINT THEM BEFORE INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND THE INSTALLER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY DOOR TO SEAL, EVEN THOUGH THE GARAGE FLOOR IS HIGHER IN THE MIDDLE THAN ON THE ENDS, BY ALMOST ONE INCH."

"The Sunnyview crew did a great job! We had the front and backyard re-sodded, a pine tree removed along with all the old yews, junipers and other old growth, plus had a retaining wall built in front. Juan worked with us to create the new landscaping and went out of his way to get the exact type of bushes we wanted. We have a privacy fence and additional plantings scheduled for the fall. We hired Sunnyview to trim existing hedges and maintain the lawn for the season as well. I would highly recommend Sunnyview - it was a pleasure to work with Juan and his crew!"

"They suggested a date in April to do the work since it was for an outdoor outlet but we never really connected. I've tried leaving them messages recently which they haven't returned."

"I know of no other contractor who has total customer satisfaction as his top priority like Mr. Flanagan does. He is absolutely the best.
My basement sustained ankle-deep water as the result of an outdoor basement stairwell drain that violently backed up because its circa-1951 drain line led to the street storm sewer (by design). That sewer was overcome with water during a storm in the summer of 2010 that featured a tornado in my western-suburbs area. Soon after pumping the water out of my basement with a mobile pump, the mess prompted me to (once again*) call Mr. Flanagan (*His crawlspace crew had done a beautiful job finishing my dirt-floor crawlspace with a concrete floor and wall insulation a couple of years earlier).
After the basement waterproofing project described in this review was complete, however, I was disappointed with the workmanship: The concrete work looked less-than-professional (out-of-flush with sump flange and the stairwell drain, plus way too many swirl marks and splattering) in the stairwell and basement's appearance areas. In short, it just didn't look like his business's flawless concrete job that was done in my crawlspace just years earlier.
Mr. Flanagan agreed. With no questions asked, he immediately had a different crew come to my home, tear out all of the previously laid concrete and drain lines and replace it with the workmanship that he would expect his crews to use in their own homes. The re-do of the project at least had met my high expectations for its cosmetics. And, of course, I hoped it was a sufficient waterproofing solution for my basement.
Fast forward just a few short years. Affter having perhaps sustaining that 100-year event with the Chicago-area rain storm of April 17-18, 2012, while my neighbors are pumping water out of their basements, mine remains bone dry. Thank you Mr. Flanagan and Crawlspace / Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a job (design and installation) well done. Your basement waterproofing solution indeed deserves an A+.

"I bought a special deal for $250 for 8 hours of outdoor painting. The deal was for mostly the labor as I also had to buy the paint. I bought a gallon of outdoor paint for $44 before the project was to begin. The painter was to be at my house by 9am to begin the work. He was timely, looked around, and set up pretty much right away. Around 11:15 he then told me that the gallon of paint would not work because it would drip and he felt that it would not look good. I had to send my husband out for spray paint at that point. I was able to have the front shutters completed after that. The shutters were taken down, painted, and put back up. The positives: my appointment was made quickly, the owner was very polite while dealing with him to set up appt and while he was here, shutters were taken down and put back up, the paint does look good on the shutters The negatives: I wasted money on a gallon of paint that cannot be used, I wish that there was a way for the painter to come and tell you the information before so you are not wasting money, the painter was there for 2 hours before letting me know he couldn't use the gallon and when you pay for a certain time limit, that is important, when he left, I walked around to the side of my house and there was black spray paint all over the lawn -"

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. Our 20 year old vinyl siding looks totally refreshed. David is easy to work with and goes the extra mile. We will continue to AOM for future projects.

"It was ok. He ended up giving me a discount since he did not have the correct parts and had to go the store. He also installed a lamp and an outside light. He did not really quick up after himself."

"Andiry came out a couple of times. I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks). its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out. Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later. It was done 5 days later. It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up. there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.
