"George is a very personable guy and worked hard to make sure the job was done well. His bid to paint the entire exterior of the house was better than the other bid I got by long shot. His guys worked fairly quickly getting the house painted in a few days. 
His company also painted the interior of one of the 1 bedroom apartments and did a nice job. There was an issue that a pervious leak showed through on the ceiling and when I asked George to look at it he sent his guys to prime and repaint it. I appreciated that.
He replaced a small deck and went through the lengthy process of permits and historical society approval with patience.
All in all, I'm happy with George.

When James arrived on site for the initial estimate he was prompt, courteous and asked all the right questions in a quick and concise manner which gave me confidence from the start. The project completed very quickly, especially considering the pretty large size of the area. I am very happy with my finished basement and all the work that was done. I would not only use KS&D again, I would confidently recommend them to my friends for any of their contracting needs."
