"Everything was great! We lost our shop and part of our home several yrs ago to a house fire. We called Mr Greenway and he sprung into action immediately to see that everything was handled correctly. From the beginning till the keys were handed to us, he was more than willing to go out of his way for us. "Communication on the front end was a little tricky - I would call him rather than use Angie's List to write to him. Overall we were exceptionally pleased. Great guy. Has a helper for 2-man work. Cost to do everything (including running around for components) was less than we were quoted for a basketball installation crew to show up and do the install after we did all the running around to get things ready for them. My son says the hoop is more sturdy than it ever was before."
