He came and gave me a price with an app on his phone based on the square footage of our yard ..(105,000).. Was a fair price ..I paid for mowing but he also did some weed eating and picked up limbs before mowing... I came home to a yard well done..was friendly and courteous ..I highly recommend Universal Lawn Company"

Again, very professional in making sure the shelves were secure and level. Swept the floor and wiped down the shelves after installing.
