"Deans painting came to take care of a nearly full interior paint job. They painted walls, ceiling, trim, and closets. It was so nice to move in with a fresh clean paint job, and the work done was great. I would hire them again for future needs, or happily refer someone to them."

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

After complaining to the BBB about their member Stellar Paint Co for 12 months and getting no response from Stellar, I went on line to Home Advisor. Pro Systems called me quickly, estimated the job of repainting the rear of my house, started at schedule today and finished today. Problem solved. Actually a pleasant experience. note: BBB tried to help by contactiong Stellar at least twice but to no avail. Thanks for the referral."

"Everything went very well. A little bit of a late start due to scheduling issues workload they were under but it was all understandable. They are in high demand and sometimes during a project unforeseen issues arise that they have to deal with. This can cause delays in starting jobs for other customers. I respect the fact that they will take care of the customer when these unforeseen issues occur. The remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets, celling, painting, wall removal, flooring and painting. "A few months ago we had a bad storm come through leaving hail damage to our roof, siding and dented the gutters. Friends of mine referred me to R & M Construction after they went through a similar experience last year.
Jeff Coates, a representative for R & M, came out to inspect the damage and explained the process of working with our insurance company. He even came out the day the adjuster from our insurance company did his own inspection. I feel like we received a fair price for all the work that needed to be done.
I absolutely love our new roof and was happy to see they could repair the holes in our siding. They did such a good job matching the color of it that you cannot tell we ever had damage. They also replaced our gutters, and repaired and painted in a few other places I had initially didn't even see myself.
Everyone I came across or talked to on the phone from their office was pleasant and helpful which took a lot of stress and worry about the repairs off of me. Jeff came by often and was always available to talk to by phone to answer all the questions I had. I've never had to deal with having repairs of this level at my home and was so pleased at how easy everything went and would be happy to have them back again. Thanks to R & M Construction!
