"Wow, Ken and his team did an amazing job. I hired them to remove essentially an entire main floor of wallpaper, patch the walls, paint the walls and scrape/repair/paint the popcorn ceilings. "I requested estimates from the three highest rated, local paint firms on Angie's List and Craig with Residential Solutions came through with the lowest estimate on my 2,500 sq ft, two story home, which had not been painted in many years and needed a lot of TLC. I liked the reasonable price, professional service, short project time, first-class paint job and very good cleanup. Craig made sure I was very happy, including good communications, a cheerful attitude and a final walk-thru to address any minor issues."

"We hired rob to stain our new fence and older deck. Rob is very knowledgeable and considerate. He was quick on giving a reasonable quote, communicated thoroughly, and finished the project in a timely manner. He even dropped off a brochure of stain colors for my convenience and was honest and reduced his quoted price since he did not have to use as much stain as previously thought. I will be recommending rob to others and keeping him as a contact for future projects."
