Together we walked around the perimeter of my house and he showed me the tools he was going to use and answered all my questions before getting started. "I have used these guys twice for rodents in the attic of my rental property. The first time was great. They were prompt and effective. Unfortunately another rodent got in due to some holes near the fireplace. It took a long time to get those repaired but once I did I asked DM to remove the dead animal from my wall. Joseph came out but never contacted me. No work was performed and I called the owner a couple of times to see when they could come back out. Each time, I was told that I should get a call soon to schedule the service. That never happened though. I'm disappointed. They were great when they actually did the work.

"I needed a new pest control provider because the company I was using previously was not doing a good job. I took a chance with this company I had never heard of before and was pleased when the technician showed up promptly. It appeared that he did a good job spreading granules and spraying and he advised me about everything I should and shouldn't do after the treatment. This was something the previously company had stopped doing long ago and even though I knew most of what he was advising, it was nice to know that there was a certain level of commiient to quality and service. Since the treatment I have had no problems with ants, roaches, or fleas so I am a happy customer. I signed up for the quarterly service which was very comparable to what I was paying before."

"OUTSTANDING!  The installer called ahead that he was on his way for appointment scheduled 11-1 that day.  I had already removed the old control panel so he could install in the same location, which he did.  He mounted the controller on the other side of the wall, which is pantry.  He was able to utilize existing components from the old alarm system (door contacts, carbon monoxide detector, remote) and added a smoke detector.

When he completed his work, we finished up and I paid the agreed amount via his work phone.  The entire visit was completed in just under 2 hours.

"All when well.   I was thoroughly pleased with the service.  He arrived within the window of time.  I was notified when he was on his way to my  home.   He cleaned my outside air conditioner unit. It runs cooler and less noisy now.
