"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

They were very courteous, but got down to business very quickly.  They worked very quickly and when they were done they gave us some tips on how to keep ants out. They were very informative, but didn't take too much of our time. I will definitely call them for any pest control needs in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

"I used Angie's list to research for a home inspector even though my realtor suggested his favorites.  I requested info from several providers via "ask a question" from within Angie's list but this is the only provider who promptly called me with an estimate.  The price was very competitive, the actual inspector, Pam Lee, went out of her way to come to us to pick up the payment since my husband was recuperating from surgery, she promptly performed the inspection with a fine tooth comb to find only a few minor issues but probably the most impressive service was the fact that she took our call while she was on vacation and created the needed invoice for an early closing! YES, we would use this company again!!! "

"We hired them the first time in the fall.  They were prompt and courteous.  They guarantee their work, so when we saw more silverfish and called to let them know, they happily scheduled an appointment to respray.  The only problem we had was that they cancelled the second visit on the day before (or of?) the appointment.  We then had some trouble finding a time to reschedule the appointment (mostly our issues and a little confusion caused by the person answering the phone).  When we finally re-booked the appointment, even though some time had passed, they still resprayed.
Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be calling them if we have any problems in the future.

"I was having a snake entering my garage through an outside door that needed weather stripping. Needless to say, I was very anxious to get rid of this problem. When I found the snake stuck to a floor tile I had used to try to block the opening, I immediately went to Home Advisor to check for pest control. I only had one suggestion for help with snakes and it was for Integrity Wildlife. Douglas responded almost immediately and was at my house within a couple of hours. Although, the snake had managed to unstick himself from the floor tile and slither away, Douglas was so great to take his time and spread a snake repellent all the way around my yard. He gave several tips to avoid this happening again. Douglas definitely earned a 5 star rating."

"Excellent. It was a very difficult job and they did a wonderful job. They even removed the leaves (looked better than before they started) and saved the wood for us and stacked it in our wood rack.
