Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. "I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! "Our sewer line was blocked and sewage gas was permeating our house and sewage was starting to spread in the basement, We initially called RotoRooter and they spent two days scratching their heads while we lived in sewer smell and could not flush our toilets, take showers, do laundry or wash dishes. We fired them when they came up with an exhorbatent cost which we would not even be able to afford. Next day I called Home Advisor and they recommended AAA. They came within two hours and Nolan, the owner, was working away and cleared our line so we could at least flush and shower. He is fair, HONEST and funny. I guess you kind of have to be funny to be a plumber. I honestly have never seen a harder worker. I will use him forever."
