Was not fazed when 'challenges' encountered, just tried something else which cleared the blockage. Gave some advise about small repairs I could do myself, advise about good practices to minimize future problems, and a ball park estimate for future work should the problem for this hundred year old house crop up again. Incredibly nice young gentleman. Taggart Plumbing, even though a young company, is on the top of my list should I need future plumbing services."
