"He did what other plumbers will not do. No complaints at all."

"I've hired Misael several times and I'm very pleased with the outcome as well as Misael's professionalism throughout every project. Estimates are fully documented in line-item form and accurate. Very neat and does his best to minimize impact to daily living. Most recently, we had a basement completely refinished. The job was completed quickly, on budget, and with good quality workmanship. He also had great recommendations for design/materials. Previously, he completed a full bathroom remodel. That was a challenging project for a number of reasons - but Misael persevered through the problems and the resulting bathroom is terrific. I can't recommend CFI enough."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"By far one of the most professional, competent, knowledgeable contractor that we have ever had to our home. Corrected errors by another septic inspector while remaining professional and completing on time and under budget all while communicating with local health department and completing necessary paperwork. Just wish I could hire Robert to complete all the work around my house! Heads above just about anyone else regardless of what their field of expertise. Thank you Robert and Home Advisor !"

"These folks did a great job. They were professional and understood what needed to get done. As a result, I also hired them to do more plumbing work at my home. Awesome, quality service."

"In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful. Didn't rain for weeks after the sump pump system was installed beneath our basement floor. Weâ ve now had two really heavy rains. The floor remained bone dry after each of them. A little bit of water still did come in at the base of the outside basement entrance, as expected, but it got no further than the drain they installed in the floor at the door. The real test may not come until next springâ s monsoon season. But so far, so good. Based on preliminary results, I would not hesitate to hire them."

"Great communication on schedule! Showed up on time and made the necessary repair, not complete yet waiting for parts.. Vast improvement over our last boiler service contractor and very reasonable on price. Thank you for your professional service!"

"Full waterproofing of the basement in our 95 year old house, including demolition of walls and shelves/cabinets/sinks and plumbing. Additional service of adding a footing to the basement walls. All the work took three days. Excellent work and looks great, though a bit costly."
