"Neighborly Plumbing has to be by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked. In fact those plumbers asked me what I wanted and asked for my suggestions! Seriously!! Need I say I went with Neighborly Plumbing. Their bid was extremely competitive and after all was done and said their quality was heads above everyone else. While completing the job they ended up redesigning the sump system because they found excessive water tables around the property. They wanted to insure that the system they installed was custom to our home and as such they ended up upgrading parts and incurring an additional day of labor for two master plumbers but yet honored my estimate. I’m sure they certainly couldn’t afford to do that on a frequent basis but it goes to show you that there are tradesman still alive and well who insist on quality and function on all jobs that they complete. "I spent Sunday morning trying to locate a plumber who could come out to thaw pipes to the  house.  Finally got Beehive/Quick Response Plumbing.  They had someone here within the hour.  Scott worked  diligently to thaw the pipes, going out of his way to make sure it was we understood what he was doing.  (He was using an electric thawing device).  He had to leave to take another job but came back and saw that pipes where cleared.

"Jeremy contacted me back on a Sunday shortly after we posted here. I could hear his family in the background, so we are grateful he took the time for us. Josh came out the next morning pretty sharp to the time agreed. After walking us through the options he went off to get the new hot water tank. After about an hour he was back with it and we hauled it down our snow covered side entrance together. Josh had it installed in no time and even discovered a mistake a previous plumber had made last year around the area. That helped him diagnose a problem we were having with our water filtration system. The cost of the install and haul away was average, but the service was great and we would definitely have them out for plumbing again."
