They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
