"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Mike C and Ruben M did an excellent job and Chris Smith followed up when we ran into plumbing issues. We got a 54â shower installed without delay and at the same price as originally quoted. We had originally wanted a 60â but because of plumbing issues got a 54â . Am very satisfied."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"The installation took a little longer than the installer had anticipated because of a plumbing problem on our end. But he got the issue resolved, and still got the shower installed in one day, and so far we absolutely love it."
