"Excellent experience. Compared to all the other plumbers who came out an gave an estimate I could tell that Henco new what they were doing and showed confidence. Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. "We have just completed our second contract with Alex Freddi, who has become our 'go to' contractor when we have a larger home remodeling project. This time there was no problem to be fixed, our circa 1985 house just needed some updating. We mainly wanted to replace the tile countertops, but that led to new sinks, some new light fixtures, fans and the opportunity to make small improvements like dimmer switches and LED tube lights. And just like our first experience, we are extremely happy with the results. We are enjoying our home again. Alex Freddi visited our home and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. He made some suggestions and recommendations about getting the electrical up to code. He helped us define a project that was reasonable, allowed us to keep what we liked and replace only what wasn't working or safe anymore. Alex Freddi's team worked around our schedule. We stayed in the home during the remodel and the team made sure our inconvenience was minimized. The specialized crews for electrical, plumbing and tile work were excellent. The project manager kept the project on track and scheduled around our daily needs. We were able to use Contract Furniture Mart and Build With Fergerson showrooms to pick out high quality countertops, tile and fixtures. We benefited from the showroom expertise. When it comes time for our next project, we will, for sure, contact Alex Freddi again. As a bonus, we really appreciate that everyone involved were nice people to work with."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."
